Qualifications required include
Food handlers Card
BARTENDER POSITION DESCRIPTION
Acknowledge bar guests promptly
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks within Moose Sister standards
Only prepared drinks for servers with a printed ticket
accept guest payment
Wash and sanitize glassware
Prepare our garnishes
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
Present drink and food menus
Make drink and food recommendations
Answer any questions about food items as well as drinks
Take food orders
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar
Assist with restocking the bar inventories and supplies
Change kegs when needed
Leave bar cleaned and stocked at end of shift
know the beer, wine and spirits we carry
know all of the company's upcoming events and promotions
Maintain appropriate appearance and uniformed cleanliness in accordance with company dress code
Check customer ids for age verification
There will be quizzes and mixing tests
Must maintain fake positive attitude despite most dire of events.
DISHWASHER POSITION DESCRIPTION
-Ability to work as a team member
-Have a positive attitude
-Accuracy and speed and execution
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to be sent through dishwasher. Then sort in stack clean dishes. Finally delivering clean dishes to cook lines and appropriate places in the kitchen/restaurant.
-set up and/or breakdown dishwasher machine
-change dishwater in dish washing machine every hour
-washboards and pots by hand, using scrubbing utensils.
-remove recycling and garbage
-clean dish pit before end of shift
-sweep and mop floors
-wipe up any spills to ensure floors remain dry and safe
-and other duties as directed
SERVER POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for team players to join our upbeat and personable server team
Effective communication skills
Great with guests a must!
know the menu by heart, take orders, serve meals.
Busing clear dishes from tables and re-set tables
Use all features of the point-of-sale to their maximum capabilities.
Additional side work as assigned
SOUS CHEF/ LINE COOKS POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are in open kitchen so professionalism of appearance and communication is paramount.
